Badger game day at Dotty's is a Madison tradition! Keep in mind the following information when planning so you can enjoy a burger and beer before or after the game.

  • We offer our full menu at all times
  • Burgers are made to order so it takes at least 20 minutes to receive your food
  • No reservations
  • No split checks
  • One hour time limit on dining room and bar tables. No time limits when sitting at the bar, which is full service.
  • Guests will not be seated until their full party is present. However, you may put your party's name on the list so you don't lose your spot. Sorry, no joiners after being seated.

The name Dotty Dumpling comes from a short story (name unknown) by Sir Arthur Conan O'Doyle of Sherlock Holmes fame. The story is about a traveling circus and the character of the Fat Lady is named Dotty Dumpling. Owner Jeff Stanley added Dowry to the name.
